What size should video be to play without being skewed?

To laurenh@lwscientific.com: you can put video in 450 X 335 and if you have other size of video than you can change in the fla file which you need.

To poppy_66: all flash player wiil be support only .flv video file. You can convert your video file to flv format and it will be play in this player

you can download the "video to flv converted (http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/free-video-to-flash-converter.htm) " and convert your video file to flv.

To p05esto:ya you will change any color and size very easily if you will be basic knowledge of flash.
