This photograph of Crater Lake was captured in late spring 2007 during a snowstorm. Only a small part of the park was open for public due to heavy snow. There was little chance for taking proper photographs. Suddenly, the sun broke through the clouds lighting the lake with amazing color. It lasted for less than a minute. Definitely one of my top-10 experiences ever.
