Being a part of my life from the early years, photography to me is a discipline of painting with light. It is a study of how light and shadow affects everything around us and our own and individual interpretatio n.

In addition to formal qualifications, I worked as a freelance photographer on weddings, functions, PR, portraits and commercial assignments. I also spent five years working in professional darkrooms specialising in exhibition and gallery displays.
