I am interested in using this butterfly but know nothing of flash. What is the mc? Where is my flash file? Will a novice like me be able to understand?

1st of all , download this file u received this Fla flash file, and tell me, where to use this butterfly , if u use in flash.. so mc means movie clips to flash....?
