1. How do I request a payment?
Your earnings need to be at least $50. You have to be logged in. Please click User Account > Flash Seller(?) > Request Payment, which will allow you to request your earnings. We Send out Payment on Fridays.
2. What type of Withdrawal Systems does Fantero Network support?
We support most payment systems: PayPal, Moneybookers and many more. Please contact us for more details.
3. If I want to cancel my account and withdraw my upload, is there any way to do that?
Yes, you can cancel your account and withdraw your uploads at any time. To do this just login to your account, go to the Contact Us section, and send us an email with your request. We will cancel your account within 24 hours business hours. If you have more than $50 in your Earnings, your money will be sent to you as well.
4. When I purchase media files, am I given the source .fla files?
Yes. When you purchase a file, you will download a zip file with all source files in it. You can also request support from the person who uploaded the file by making a comment under your purchased file.
5. I would like to edit one of my files that have been approved, how do I do that?
If you would like to edit your approved file, just upload your file with changes to the site, and make a comment to the moderator, as to what file you’re changing and why. Your file will be replaced with the new version in 24 business hours.
