Description:

All components made in photoshop than put together in MX 6. No action scripts but can be added.

Can be used as banner background.
18fps (change in order to slow down or fasten lightning).
Lightnings effects are in one layer so you can do more by copy-pasting previously used frames. You can change order of appearance and whatever you think is best. You can even start over, just make new layer, copy-paste frames from lightning layer into new layer's blank keyframes.
